Return or exchange your smart eyewear & watches within 30 days for a full refund. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Return Eligibility
- Item must be in original condition with all accessories included
- Original packaging must be intact
- Item must not show signs of excessive wear or damage
- Proof of purchase (order number) required
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at wulihong@dtno1.com with subject "Return Request"
- Include your order number and reason for return
- Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions
- Package your item securely in the original box
- Drop off the package at any carrier location
- Refund will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item

Exchanges
Want to swap for a different lens type (Photochromic ↔ Polarized)? Follow the same return process and place a new order for the desired variant. We'll process your refund as soon as we receive the original item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at wulihong@dtno1.com with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement at no cost.
