Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days to request a return after receiving the item.
Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn or used, with all tags intact, and in their original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we will send you a return label with shipping instructions and your address. Returns without prior request will not be accepted.

Damage and Problems
Please inspect the item immediately upon receiving your order. If there are any defects, damage, or if you received the wrong item, please take photos or videos immediately and contact us so we can assess the problem and resolve it appropriately.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), bespoke items (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns of dangerous goods, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding specific items.
We regret that we do not accept returns of discounted items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The best way to ensure you receive your desired item as quickly as possible is to return the item you have received and purchase a new one separately once the return is accepted.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the item was shipped from within the EU, you have the right to cancel your order or return it within 14 days without giving a reason. As mentioned above, your item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you upon receiving and checking your return and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, we will automatically refund you via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing and receiving the refund from your bank or credit card company may also take some time.
